Abstract: The conditions of feeding xylanase were optimized. The results showed that its optimal temperature was 55°C,and its optimal pH value was 5.3.The feeding xylanase had a good heat resistance at relatively low temperatures. And it was stable after drying at 55°C for 10 min.Besides,it just lost little activity after one-year storage under normal conditions.
