    During the developing process of agricultural industrialization,the peasant,the Facilitating agency,the Leading enterprise are carrying on gambling in every way.And the Local government's unreasonable support behaviors,will certainly speed up the gambling being out of balance.This article carries on the analysis of Pours the milk event of Zhaodong cattleraising household in Heilongjiang Province,to discover the unfairness of Local government's support behaviors in agricultural industrialization.It aslo analyzes the main cause of Local government's support behaviors, as well as the negative influence produced by such kind of unreasonable support behaviors.And finally the paper points out that the I~cal government needs to set up scientific and reasonable support behaviors to promote the regional economic development and to escort for the healthy development of agricultural industrialization.

    China is a big agricultural country;the agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,it has a vital position. Therefore, it is very important to develop the rural primary democracy during the process of building socialist democracy, guarantee political stability and economic development.The primary democracy building in rural areas is the cornerstone of national democratic political construction,it is the effective form to uphold the mass line, strengthen and improve the Party's leadership. In the new era, China is accelerating the process of rural democracy building, it has made tremendous achievements, but there are still more factors that constraint rural democracy building. This article explores the current existing problems of rural democracy building, and then come up with some measures to promote the process of rural democracy building.

    The physiological and biochemical responses of sunflower to salt stress were discussed with respect to the effect of salt stress on seeds, growth, photosynthsis,water-metabolizability and respiration by summarizing the related studies in recent years. And three resistance mechanisms of sunflower to salt stress were generalized. They were osmoregulation,absorption and compartmentation of inorganic irons and mechanisms of resistance to salt and selected absorption to inorganic ions.

    Using the common model of the fertilizer effect function,the second success rate of the fertilizer effect function were statistically analyzed and studied on different models of selection of the fertilizer effect function in the corn;research on the effects of coefficient and fertilizer rate in the building process of the fertilizer effect functions after adding blank output (N0P0K0).The results showed that:In the P〈0.05 function in the secondary effect,one- factor model highest success rate,in the P〈0.05 and obeying the reward descending rule, basically,one-factor model〉 three-factor model〉 two- factor model.The optimal model of the fertilizer effect is the square rool for corn.The nature of the original function has not changed after adding a blank yield,they have the same change Laws: the constant term b0 (the basic yield) have decreased, coefficient bl and quadratic coefficient b2 have increased.When the same of output,fertilizer rate is decreased for the model of adding blank output.

    Effect of Zinc, Selenium and ammonium hydrogen phosphate seed fertilizer on the quality of the crude protein and mineral of the wheat bran were studied with Yong Lang No.4. The results were as follows:Applying ammonium hydrogen phosphate seed fertilizer could increase significantly the quality of Mn and Se of wheat bran; Spraying Zinc could increase significantly the quality of Zn and low differently the quality of P,Fe ,Cu of wheat bran;Spraying Selenium could increase significantly the quality of Ca,Mn,Se and low differently P,Fe,Cu,Zn of wheat bran;Spraying Zinc and Selenium at the Same Time could increase significantly the quality of Zn ,Se and low differently Crude protein ,Ca ,Fe ,P of wheat bran.

    There are many factors which can influence the normal growth and development of maize during its whole growing period. High temperature and drought are the major influencing factors.In recent years,with climate warming,abnormal weathers occurred in Tongliao City,such as rain and heat in different quarter,less rainfall during the maize growing period,sustained high temperature and drought,which were causing serious damage to the normal maize production.In order to reduce or avoid losses, precautionary measures must be taken without any delay.Breeding drought-resistant varieties should be the primary task. Secondly,some other effective measures should also be carried out,for example strengthening field management,scientific fertilization,rational close planting,changing traditional farming methods and creating microclimate for maize field.

    Sunflowers belongs to a kind of crop that is different strains and cross-pollination,it is rate of self-pollination is very low and it is breed intermixes very easily.In the modern africuhural situation , soaking the sunflower seeds has an important effect on improving the rate of sunflower seeds germinating . This paper mainly studys the relationship between waterabsorbing rate,waterabsorbing condition,time of sunflower seeds and the rate of sunflower seeds germinating.The study provides a basis for the high rate of sunflower seeds germinating theoretically and provides the tehnical support for the high-yielding cultivation of sunflower, meanwhile this study has a guiding significance on the production of sunflower.

    Ninety-six strains of Trichoderma were isolated from one hundred seventy samples of soil and other materials collected from fourteen regions in Ningxia. The morphological identification work indicated that they belonged to nine species of Trichoderma and two unidentified Trichoderma species,namely Trichoderma harzianum, T.viride, T.longibrachiatum, T.koningii, T.pseudokoningii ,T.fertile ,T.aureoviride ,T.atroviride,T.hamatum,T.spl and T.sp2.The antagonism and antibacterial activity test result showed that there were different antagonisms between eleven Trichoderma species and Botrytis cinerea in grap, tomato and cucumber,especially,inhibition of Trichoderma harzianum,T.viride,T.aureoviride,T.hamatum and T.spl.were more obvious. Their growth rates are 1.1-3.0 times faster than Botrytis Cinerea Pers sp.Their inhibition index and inhibition rates repectively reached Ⅰ or Ⅱ and 98.78%.

    We have calculated marginal utility of breeding target characters of Inner Mongolian Aohan Merino Sheep with "difference method" acoording to breeding technique parameter,nutriology parameter as well as product and market parameter under breeding and production conditions at prese.We heve obtianed the results that the relative economic importance proportion is about 7:2:1 by standard calculating marginal utility of every target characters. This proportion is about 10:5:1 in adult ewe and about 5:2:1 in improved sheep if acoording to each kinds of sheep to be separately selected and separately treated.

    The chromosomes karyotype of Agropyron mongolicum Keng was analyzed in this paper and the process of its mitotic division was observed and recorded. The results showed that the karyotype formula of A.mongolicum Keng was 2n=2x=12m (2SAT) + 2sm and the karyotype was 2A type.1 -2 B chromosome can be observed and their shapes were dot or short-stick in the metaphase of mitotic.

    The selection of Hy-line brown eggs parent generation of cock 32,were randomly divided into 2 groups,each with two repeat. In the diet, respectively add 0 mg/kg and 667 mg/kg anti-stress agent to enhance the thermal breeder anti-stress capabilities. Research in the production of hot and humid summer conditions, the reference to the cost of production factors, anti-stress agent on egg intake of rooster and the quality of semen.The results show that: Effect of Anti-stress agent on breeder roosters intake, the volume of semen,the vitality of sperm have different levels of advancement and improvement.

    When measuring the soil effective sulfur using barium sulfate nephelometery,the plotted specification curve could not meet design requirements because that the low concentration points were not in a straight line resulted in a low accuracy in the determination results.After some quantitative analysis and strict design, the results showed that the correlation of the specification curve plotted using multiple regression equation was significantly highly than that of the linear regression equation.

    Applying the software of Arcinfo combined with field research to process the TM data in 2002 of Hailaer district,and on the basis of dividing the landscape types and having drawn the map of landscape types,this study selects five quantitative landscape index to analyze the landscape pattern.The results show:Hailaer district can be divided into 5 first-grade landscape types,11 second-grade landscape types,20 third-grade landscape types.The area proportion of the first-class landscape types are: grassland is 43.34%,cropland is 29.22,wetland is 18.37%,forest is 5.37%, artificial architecture is 3.70%. The change trend of the fragmentation of landscape is: artificial architecture〉wetland〉forest〉cropland. Artificial woods is the main part of the forest landscape.the typical grassland is dominating the grassland landscape,among which the medium degradation grassland and the highly intensive degradation grassland are 47.79%,and they have obvious traits of continuous distribute. The big patches are concentrated in typical grassland region in cropland landscape,moreover, croplands are scattered in the meadow.

    At present, conventional breeding methods were given much attention in China in the field of maize breeding.On the basis of that,some assisted breeding methods were also adopted to marry up those conventional methods so as to speed up the process of maize breeding.However, due to various kinds of limiting factors, the development of maize breeding was not able to be promoted effectively.In this paper,the maize breeding methods in recent years were compared comprehensively.The parthenogenesis technique had broad prospect in the research and development of maize breeding. The strain of breed obtained by using this technique was characterized by high purity,stable inheritance,good combining ability and strong heterosis etc.At the mean time,with simple operation this technique was also beneficial for shortening breeding period,improving the breeding efficiency and fixing the heterosis.

    Since its foundation, Tongliao City Academy of Agricultural Sciences (abbreviated as TAAS) has always kept in step with the process of domestic maize breeding. Presently,conventional breeding methods were mostly adopted in China. In addition,the problems, such as narrow foundation of core germplasm, less major varieties for production and inferior risk resistance capacity did exist in terms of breeding.The key to solve these problems is to strengthen the innovation of breeding technique and germplasm so that more new inbred lines and coenospecies could be cultivated unceasingly to support the sustainable development of maize production.
