  • The effects of density on the growth and yield of different hybrids of spring corn

    In order to investigate the effect of planting density on spring corn phenology,yield and agronomic traits,With Zheng Dan958,Nong Hua101,Si Dan19 and KX3564 as the object, planted in four density settings in the Northern spring corn growing areas(Inner Tumote Plains) in this research.The results showed that with the increase of planting density,the whole growth period showed extension phenomenon and the material accumulation were showed decreases; while population dry matter quality,Leaf, leaf area index,the plant height,ear height and corn grain yield advanced with the increase of the density.Under conditions of high density Zheng Dan 958 and Nong Hua 101 stimulation effect is more obvious.In addition,Correlation analysis showed that planting density significantly positive correlated with leaf area index and maize yield and negatively correlated with grain number,grain weight. Leaf area index and Acres spike are greatly influenced by the density.
    Reseach on the method of determination of ricin content of a castor seed

    The single "Tongbi5" castor seed was the study object in this paper.Aiming for optimizing extraction pro-cess of crude protein,a variety of methods of which BCA kit,UVwin5 ultraviolet software(v5.1.0) and Band Scan protein quantitative analysis software were used.The results were as follows,in the optimized extraction process of crude protein of a castor seed,the amount of buffer A is 3m L/g,time of precipitation with ammonium sulfate(70% satu-ration) is 12 h,and the amount of buffer A to dissolve precipitation is 3m L.It was found by measurement that the average quality of a castor seed is 0.2415 g,the average content of crude protein is 10.8908 mg.Ricin makes up crude protein by 37.79 and content of ricin is 4.1154 mg on average in a castor seed.

    The field experiment to explore the effect of coenzyme Q10 sludge fertilizer on soil and crops,maize as the selected crops,set different dosage of coenzyme Q10 sludge area and single chemical fertilizer area.The results showed that,Sludge fertilizer increased the height of maize,400kg/667m2 rose by an average of 14 cm and 6.5cm,respectively when compared with the blank area and the single chemical fertilizer area.400kg/667m2 of coenzyme Q10 sludge fertilizer rate increased the yield by 10% ~15% than blank area and reached significant difference level,but there was no significant difference with single chemical fertilizer area.The grain protein,fat and starch content of maize increased when applied sludge compared with the blank area,the role of sludge to improve the grain protein content was more obvious compared with single chemical fertilizer.Sludge fertilizer to improve the phosphorus in soil largest,followed by nitrogen, little effect on organic matter and potassium,and no effect on the p H of the soil.Coenzyme Q10 sludge fertilizer had good effect on maize growth,yield formation and quality,also have the effect of improving soil fertility.
    Study on straw buried on saline soil saline-alkali regulation in Hetao plain

    The straw buried to improve saline soil was used in this experiment,through analysis of soil samples after straw buried to study the effect of different straw buried on saline-alkali regulation. The results showed that the straw buried could destroy the continuity of the capillary in study area,reduced the water evaporation of deep soil,inhibited salt accumulation on soil surface,and reduced the salt of plow layer.Buried the straws at 30 cm could significantly reduce the salt content in the plow layer,the desalination rate reached the 61.2%,the desalination rate was 47.1% under the condition of buried the straws at 50 cm and the desalination rate was 45.5% under the condition of buried the straws at 70 cm, so it was the best plan to bury the straws at 30 cm as to take into account the low costs.

    Adopted the plot compared method,4 silage corn varieties were compared to screen.The test results showed that the varieties of Yu silage 208 and Beinong silage 23 had the highest biological yield,nice maturity in harvest,good biological traits, and suitable for planting in the local area.
    Comparative study on antibacterial effects about plant extracts of four species Cupressaceae plants

    In this experiment filter paper dispersion method was used to determine antibacterial effects about the ethanol extracts of four species Cupressaceae plants to three common bacterial diseases.The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MIC)of four species Cupressaceae plants were determined by the Liquid suspension culture method. The results showed that the ethanol extracts of four species Cupressaceae plants have certain bacteriostatic activity on the tested bacteria.Testing of bacteriostasis showed that strongest bacteriostasis was the plant extracts of Platycladus orientalis.The MIC of ethanol extracts of different plants were obviously different.

    Based on the precipitation data collected from 1981 to 2010 by meteorological station of Naiman County which was one of the most typical regions of Horqin sand land, the influence of drought on the corn yield reduction was analyzed by using orthogonal polynomial regression and correlation analysis method and GIS technology combining with different climatic characteristics.

    To explore Cynoglossum divaricatum plant morphology, internal structure and the ecological adaptability of biological characteristics, the cultivation and observation were used as the test method.The main methods used of cultivation experiment,field measurements and paraffin section.Cynoglossum divaricatum has developed palisade tissue,small and closely arranged epidermal cells;The leaves were waxy,Stout taproot and fibrous root development,flowering, fruit concentrated in 6 to8 months,often grows in meadows, hills,sand dunes,rocky and roadside. It is explored the biological characteristics of Cynoglossum divaricatum for rational development,utilization and standardization to provide a theoretical basis for planting.

    The purpose of experiment was to supply the recommended fertilization to the irrigation potato in Guyang county.In addition,to analysis and summary the 17 items irrigation potato soil-test-fertilization of '3414' farming experiment in Guyang county.The results have been shown as the fertilization increasing effects order was N K P.N fertilizer has the best effect,then the P and K fertilizer.Not only the general soil has higher K content,but also K fertilizer has better significant synergies for soil.It could prove that N fertilizer was the most significant nutritive factor which make effects to irrigation potato production at north of Yin mountain. Furthermore,increasing fertilizing amount could lead to the reduction of fertilizing use rate and agronomic efficiency from 3 fertilizer gradients.To analysis the data,1kg N could increases 22.4kg potato production;1kg P2O5 could increase 37.8kg potato production;1kg K2 O could increase 33.7kg potato production.According to the NPK fertilizer experiment of fertilizer effect equation, the perfect N,P and K usage dosages recommended of recommended fertilization has been follow the different fertility of potato production which are lower than 1000kg/667m2,between 1000 ~1500kg/667m2 and 1500 ~2000kg/667m2,and higher than 2000kg/667m2.These research results could give the recommended fertilization to irrigation potato in Guyang County.

    The fertilizer was the material that could provide one or more than one essential nutrients of plant,and could improve soil properties and soil fertility level.Good fertilizer could improve soil fertility and increase crop yield,further more,it could also improve the rural ecological environment,so scientific and reasonable use of fertilizer is particularly important.The fertilization status of Tumd Left Banner was studied through random surveys on 6315 peasant households.The results showed that this investigation would be conducive to scientific and reasonable formula and guide farmers to scientific fertilization to achieve the purpose of reduce cost and increase efficiency.

    Cucumber is an important vegetable facility,occupies a important proportion in protected cultivation, however due to physiological characteristics of cucumber and farming system constraints,leading to serious cucumber disease.A large number of application of chemical pesticides to control disease occurred in spite of effective,but the serious consequences of excessive and scientific application of chemical pesticides cause has appeared.Allelopathy is the interaction between plants,not only can influence each other,but also can prevent and cure some diseases and insect pests.The research status in recent years of cucumber allelopathic effects was summarized in this article,the allelopathy effect on cucumber and crop diseases discussed,the cucumber mechanism of allelopathy expounded,and allelopathic crops in cucumber prevention and control diseases and insect pests provided the theoretical basis for the application.
    Analysis of micro-climate characteristics in sunlight greenhouse with thick wall of Hohhot in winter

    In order to investigate the micro-climate characteristics in sunlight greenhouse of Hohhot in winter and to rationally regulate the micro-climate in sunlight greenhouse for local vegetable production,the meteorological elements of sunlight greenhouse with thick wall in winter were determined by micro-climate automatic monitoring equipment.Furthermore,the variations of air temperature,soil temperature in 10 cm, relative humidity and other micro-climate characteristics under different weather conditions(in sunny,partly cloudy and cloudy days) were analyzed,respectively,and comparative analysis on the variations of inside and outside air temperature were conducted based on the data collected by meteorological observation station in the same period.The results showed that in the sunlight greenhouse,the air temperature submits were all single waves under different weather conditions, with the highest temperature in 14:00 and the lowest temperature between 8:00 and9:00.The soil temperature in 10 cm submits were all single waves and the highest temperature emerged between 14:00 and15:00.The relative humidity submits were all opposite single waves,and the lowest value emerged in 14:00.It is indicated that the air temperature inside of sunlight greenhouse with thick wall in winter is obviously higher than that outside the sunlight greenhouse.Under different weather conditions,diurnal variations of meteorological elements inside of sunlight greenhouse were closed related to and consistent with the time of quilt opened and covered,and the same element had similar trend in diurnal variations in different days.

    Using conventional meteorological observations and numerical models of T639 and EC data,rainfall in large area occured on June 27,2012 in Wuhai for pattern test diagnostic was analyzed.The results showed that loop cyclone moved under the guidance of Vice-high perimeter southwest jet to the northeast,caused by the direct impact of rainfall systems, heavy rainfall occured in the eastern side of the symmetry axis of the vortex 700 h Pa,southwest jet provided for the occurrence of abundant rainfall water vapor and potentially unstable energy;changes in the lower troposphere vorticity advection and temperature advection is the main factor affecting the development and movement of the vortex,abundant moisture transport from the south of the Yellow River is the main reason for the maximum precipitation occurring.EC and T639 models of the precipitation forecast results were basically same.Through analysis of heavy rainfall of summer in Wuhai Numerical test diagnostic, it is summarized effective methods and models to examine the effect of Wuhai weather forecast heavy rainfall.

    The main climate characteristics of Hulunbuir City from December 1,2013 to November 30,2014,showed high temperature compared with the calendar year average precipitation;closed to the corresponding period of calendar year;sunlight days closed to the years;gale days less than the years.The main weather and climate events occurred in summer which were the rainstorm,gale,hail,and other convective weather effects,caused agricultural disaster,urban waterlogging.And abnormal high temperature and low temperature weather periodical appeared,such as temperature reached high record in the early winter and mid spring.Cold weather "to back strong " at the end of winter,suffered light frosts midsummer in the northern forest, a large range of blizzard weather caused cold in autumn.

    In 2012,the China meteorological administration bureau adjusted the ground observation report and transmission mode,then,the ground meteorological observation business of base stations has been accordingly carried a substantial adjustment,one of the biggest changes was added the ground observation data maintenance.Based on the current adjustment and the future direction of the business,From the management perspective,business maintenance of the ground observation data the base station,type-in requirements,the transmission way,important weather report content changes and so on were summarized and concluded,and put forward reasonable suggestions in order to better guide telemetry stations business.

    A good forage crop Hesi No. 2 was obtained by interspecies hybrid using L54 as female parent and 18599 as male parent.This variety is with green leaf,green leaf sheath, green leaf margin,and the first leaf is circular.It is semi-compact plant type,whose height reaches 334 cm,the cluster is cylindrical,and the seed production percentage is 80.0%.The colour of kernels is golden yellow,showing dent corn,per 100-seed weighs 38.6g.The growing period is around 130 days.the forage maize is well-adapted,which grows well with roots flourishing.The variety doesn't need special soil types,so it can be planted on high productivity field or low productivity field.

    In order to quantitatively describe the relationship between financial development and economic growth,using the level of economic development,financial development scale,financial development efficiency index,with econometrics intrinsic linear mode analysis of the three indicators data,the empirical analysis results showed that when the financial related change rate of 1%,it would cause the per capita GDP growth of 0.086 631 2%, when the deposit and lending rate 1%,it would lead to the per capita GDP growth of 3.141 833%.it showed that the financial development of our country have obvious promoting effect on economic growth.
