  • Response of storage aging to physiological and biochemical of Allium mongolicum seedling

    s:Onion seeds at room temperature for five years in sand storage as the experimental material,with matrix sowing, antioxidant system and its seedling stage storage substance content changes were determined, we studied physiological and biochemical changes in the storage aging process, and explored the sand onion seed longevity and the factors that affect its life to provide theoretical basis and the instruction for its seed storage and production.The results showed that content of malondialdehyde (MDA),generation rate of superoxide anion radical (O2-) decreased at first,then increased with the extension of storage time.activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD),catalase ( CAT) and content of soluble sugar increased at first,then decreased.

    The physiological indexes of leaves of Pugionium cornutum (L.) Gaertn. seedlings under artificial simulation drought stress conditions were determined by using leaves of annual Pugionium cornutum (L.) Gaertn.seedlings. The results showed that under mild drought stress conditions,the relative water content of sand was 4.4 percent point less than that of control;under moderate drought stress conditions,the relative water content of sand was 27.45 percent point less than that of control and the reduction was obvious;under severe drought stress conditions,the relative water content of sand was only 18.23%.The nature saturation deficit of Pugionium cornutum (L.) Gaertn.seedlings was gradually increased and was significantly higher than that of control (P〈0.01).The increase of the nature saturation deficit of Pugionium cornutum (L.) Gaertn.seedlings was observed under mild drought stress conditions,and the nature saturation deficit under moderate and severe conditions were 0.32 percent point and 54.2 percent point higher than that of control, respectively.With the aggravation of drought stress,the available free water content of Pugionium cornutum (L.) Gaertn. leaves was gradually decreased.Under mild and moderate drought stress conditions,the tendency of the decrease was relatively slow,and the available free water content was 8.9 percent point and 15.2 percent point less than that of control,respectively. However,under severe drought stress conditions,a significant reduction of available free water content was observed (P〈0.01).The irreducible water of leaves of Pugionium cornutum (L.) Gaertn.seedlings was gradually increased.Under mild drought stress conditions, the irreducible water was significantly higher than that of control (P〈0.05). However,no significant increase of irreducible water were observed under moderate and severe drought stress conditions(P〉0.05).

    With the comprehensive evaluation of method to evaluate anti-drought of deep groove and slope Cerasus humilis, 5 physiological indexes of Cerasus humilis for drought-resistance in natural environment were determined to study in 2 kinds of the different site conditions, included in malondialdehyde, SOD activity, chlorophyll content, the cell membrane permeability, leaf relative water content, The main results were as follow: the Cerasus humilis of deep groove drought resistance surpassed the Cerasus humilis of slope.This research provided strong theoretical basis for better utilization of Cerasus humilis traits.

    The aim of the present study was to investigate the changes of ultra-weak luminescence during the process of strawberry fruit development and maturation and its relationship with the development and maturation of the fruit. The chlorophyll content, fruit firmness and titratable acidity showed a increasing tendency, however, the anthocyanin content, soluble solids content and soluble sugar content showed a decreasing tendency. Furthermore, the ultra-weak luminescence strength was found to decrease with the development and maturation of the fruit. Significant positive correlation was observed in chlorophyll content and fruit firmness and ultra-weak luminescence strength, however, significant negative correlation was found in anthocyanin and soluble sugar content and ultra-weak luminescence strength. It was indicated that the UWL strength was gradually decreased with the increase of maturation degree of the strawberry fruit.

    Apocynum seeds as experimental materials,their morphological characteristics were observed, and the different antibacterial treatment, different light conditions and different soaking time on seed germination were researched.The results showed that the seeds of apocynum was ovoid oblong,brown,surface striolate,white silky hairs at the top, which was 2.437 mm long,0.681 mm wide, thickness of the seed coat 0.015 mm, seed size index 0.025. Sterile water treatment had the highest germination rate, as antibacterial reagent was appropriate;light conditions on the germination rate of apocynum effect was not significant, in contrast, apocynum seeds were suitable to germinate in natural light conditions.The seed germination rate and germination potential were highest in 8h, germination time was the shortest, seed soaking treatment should be keep 8 h.

    s:In order to find wilt inducible resistance chemical reagent of the sunflower verticillium,we selected the K2HPO4, sodium silicate,benzene and BTH,salicylic acid,chitin,glucan for the bacteriostasis experiment and resistance agent screening test in vitro,the test results showed that the K2HPO4,chitin,sodium silicate bacteria,dextran had no antagonism on Verticillium dahliae Kleb at antibacterial test in vitro. oxalic acid had no antagonism when it was below 100mg/L concentration.The resistance agent screening text results showed that potassium silicate and oxalic acid had good inducible resistance to the sunflower verticillium wilt.

    In order to extend the employment of plastic-film in maize culture in Jingyuan County and to screen and introduce the forage maize varieties that are suitable to be cultured in humid area of southern Jingyuan County,the planting experiment were conducted to compare the yield of the introduced varieties of Yuqingzhu NO.23,Beiqingnong NO.208,Zhengqingzhu NO. 1, Jinling NO.377,Changcheng NO.706,Guiqingzhu NO.1 and the local varieties of Jingang NO.50 in two consecutive years. Among the tested varieties,the yield of Yuqingzhu NO.23 was the highest (8 662.5kg/667m 2),followed by Changcheng NO.706 (8 100kg/667m2) and Beiqingnong NO.208 (7 537.5kg/667m2),and the agronomic traits of them were stable.It was indicated that the forage maize varieties of Yuqingzhu NO.23,Changcheng NO.706 and Beiqingnong NO.208 were suitable for promotion in Jingyuan County.

    Maize crop nitrogen demand is high, with the crop yields to improved in recent years, series of environmental pollution and low use efficiency of crops caused by excessive nitrogen.The crop root growth can lay a solid foundation for growth and improving post-production. In this study,Zheng 58 maize and Chang 7-2inbred lines,and their hybrids Zheng 958 as materials, using liquid culture method to study the 0.02 mM,0.20 mM,2.00 mM,10.00 mM,20.00 mM (where 2.00 mM concentrations as control) nitrate concentrations seedling biomass,root morphology and determination of nitrate under three maize varieties content,the results showd that the concentration of nitrate at low stress, elongation of maize seedling lateral inhibition, root and shoot dry weight was inhibited,the inhibition of the more notable shoot, shoot ratio increased performance;high concentrations of nitrate under stress seedling lateral length and density, root and shoot dry weight decreased,but the nitrate content in the body continued to rise, indicating that luxury was not directly related to absorb the growth of maize seedlings.Offspring root length, vivo nitrate content and dry matter accumulation was significantly higher than that of the parent, it indicated that the huge roots help absorb more nutrients,produced more dry matter to show heterosis offspring.

    In order to further explore the regular pattern of the growth and development of the Cerasus humilis,we choose the Nongda No.3 as the test material,used wide and narrow planting methods, the labeled plants' height,number of branches,the longest branches, crown width were continuous observed.The results showed the number of branches has small change in the observation days, their plant height,longest branches,crown width all had different levels growth,which the crown width had the sharpest growth of 21.39 cm.The growth and development regularity contributed to the formulation of the field management measures,and provided the basis for the high-yield cultivation techniques of Cerasus humilis.

    Wood of Shinyleaf Yellowhorn is a great development value of edible oil and the representative of bioenergy suitable tree species in north of China.It has a strong ability to heat and cold resistance, strong vitality,It is a good species of sand-fixation wind.With the development of high value.Because lack of provenance and influenced in the development process, In order to expand the provenance and further perfecting Wood of Shinyleaf Yellowhorn cultivation technology.Young stem segment of Wood of Shinyleaf Yellowhorn was used as explant materials in this test,Disinfected after vaccination in different combination hormone levels on the MS culture medium of the induced rootstocks.The result showed: ①Young stem segment had induced the highest rate in MS+6-BA1.0+NAA0.5 medium. ②MS+6-BA1.0+NAA0.5 medium of differentiation coefficient was the highest in different formula transgenerational medium,and growing conditions of seedlings was the best.③rooting rate of 1/2 MS+IBA0.5+NAA0.05 culture medium was the highest in different concentrations of auxin,and the rooting time is shortest,root system was developed,grew well.④In transplanting experiment,matrix (peat,vermiculite,perlite) ratio of 2∶1∶1 transplanting seedlings rooting time was short,to take root the highest rate (97.2%),the survival rate reached 80.38%and growth in good condition.

    The differences between virtual growth model and real growth status of Sabina vulgaris were investigated in this study.The results showed that the change of growth of internode and branching angle of Sabina vulgaris showed the property of stage and non uniform speed,and the growth of the apical meristem showed priority.According to the stage change features of the growth of internode and branching angle of Sabina vulgaris in actual situation,the constrained random function was used to optimize the growth model of virtual Sabina vulgaris and to implement the simulation of prior growth of apical meristem.The visualization results showed that the model was highly consistent with the growth of real Sabina vulgaris,and the prior growth of apical meristem has been implemented,density and distribution were shown to be nature.

    Euseius utilis is a generalist and distributed widespreadly in northern area of China.The function response and interference of female adults of predatory mites E.utilis on Tetranychus truncatus and 1st instar larvae of Frankliniella occidentalis was determined in the laboratory in order to evaluate its potential for a biological control agent.The results showed that the functional responses for adults of Euseius utilis on T.truncatus and 1st instar larvae of F.occidentalis could be described as Holling Ⅱ type.E.utilis exhibited higher ability to control larvae and nymph of T.truncatus and 1st instar larvae of F.occidentalis whereas the lowest ability to adults of T.truncatus.With a fixed number of prey available,the average predation decreased with predator density increased by mutual competition and interference. E.utilis is promised to be one of the potential biological control agents for T.truncatus and F.occidentalis.

    The relationship between soil moisture during spring sowing and meteorological conditions were comprehensively researched with the observed data related to soil moisture content and meteorological conditions during ten continual growing seasons from 2005 to 2014 in Chifeng.The results showed that the precipitation, sunshine, temperature, wind speed before spring sowing period and in autumn have the same dynamic changes, but evaporation has different dynamic changes.The regional distribution of soil moisture in south of Chifeng is better than in north of Chifeng.For five meteorological factors, precipitation very significantly positive correlated with relative soil moisture,and the simple correlation coefficients were 0.411,0.358,respectly before spring sowing period and in autumn,evaporation significantly negative correlated with relative soil moisture,and the simple correlation coefficients were-0.216,-0.269,which implied precipitation and evaporation were the most important factors in determining soil moisture in spring sowing period.

    The micro-climate characteristics of greenhouse in the continuous cloudy days were analyzed,which was based on automatic weather station data in the greenhouse and meteorological data outside the greenhouse.The results were as follows, during the continuous cloudy days in winter, both the air temperature and the ground temperature in the greenhouse gradually were decreased.The temperature difference between in and outside the greenhouse was reduced.So did the ground temperature difference.The Relative humidity in the greenhouse showed periodic change.The value was high,which in and outside greenhouse gradually tended to be the same.The production managements should focus on keeping warm,increasing temperature,supplying illumination and enhancing stress resisitance.

    The occurrence and development causes of a severe rainfall weather process that happened in Hexigten Banner from June 5th to 7th 2014was revealed in this article. The results showed that upper-level low vortex was the main influence system for this weather process, Blocking function of Okhotsk Sea blocking high made the system move slowly and last for a long time, The invasion of upper dry cold air and the coupling of upper and lower jets provided abundant moisture and strong ascending motion for this rainfall process.

    The variation characteristics of frozen soil in recent 49 years and frost free period in recent 55 years were analyzed based on the data collected from meteorological observation of Wuchuan County from 1960 to 2014. A general decreasing tendency of annual maximum frozen soil depth and a general increasing tendency of "non frozen soil period"and frost free period were observed in this study. Based on the data of first date of frozen soil, the last date of frozen soil, the first date of frost free period, the last date of frost free period and other factors, the variation characteristics of frozen soil and frost free period were detailed analyzed.

    Based on the employment of 0 cm soil temperature ≤0℃ as climatic index for frost,the data of first frost dates collected from 14 meteorological stations in Chifeng City were analyzed by basic statistical methods and climate diagnosis methods.The result showed that the average first frost date is September 21st and the spatial distribution difference of the first frost dates was obvious.The average first frost date in recent 50 years obviously delayed at a rate of 1.5 d/10a.Mutation of the first frost date was observed in 1997.The average first frost date after 1997 was 4 days later than that before the mutation.

    Based on the surface observation data and FNL data (horizontal resolution was 1.0°×1.0°,time interval was 6h),a snowfall processes occurred on February 18 and 19 2014 in Hohhot was analyzed in the aspect of circulation pattern, physical quantity field and others.The results showed that the synergistic effect of high altitude short wave trough moving to east,the shear line existing in middle and low level wind field and the ground inverse trough provided a favorable circulation pattern for the snowfall processes.The upper level divergence,low level convergence and strong ascending motion provided favorable dynamic condition for the vertical transport of water vapor.Furthermore, the warm moist air extending from south to north to Hohhot accumulate an amount of instability energy for the snowfall.

    The millet variety Jinmi No.2 of was bred by Youyu Agricultural Experimental Station of Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,identified by Shanxi Province Crop Variety Approval committee in 2013.This variety was hybrid with dahuang millet as female parent,and No.73-2 as male parent;Yield of Jinmi No.2 was the highest in the Strain identification experiment of six lines in 2005 and 2006.And yield of Jinmi No.2 was the highest again in the strain comparison experiment of three lines from year of 2007 to 2009,which was 19.3% more than control. Compared with control variety,the two-year average yield was increased by 7.9%in regional trial of precocious area in Shanxi Province in 2010 and 2011. Several years experiments showed that Jinmi No.2 was a high quality and high yield variety,and was suitable for planting in cold zone such as the northern and northwestern of Shanxi province.

In present study,a facility agriculture information system based on Java Web was developed by using B/S structure mode,SQL Server 2008 data base,and Tomcat 6.0,Jdk and Ajax technology.The function of collection, storage and analysis of data could be implemented by the developed system.
    Forecast model for returning green stage of Leymus chinensis in Ewenke Autonomous County

    In order establish forecast model for returning green stage of Leymus chinensis in Ewenke Autonomous County,the relative soil moisture of soil layer in depth of 20-30cm of April 18th and 28th of the recent 30 years,returning green date and returning green days of Leymus chinensis in recent 22 years and the temperature of each month in recent 22 years were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the relative soil moisture of soil layer in depth of 20-30 cm and the returning green days of Leymus chinensis was not the main factor that influencing returning green stage Ctemperature was the main factor that influencing returning green stage.Based on the correlation between returning green date of Leymus chinensis and average temperature of Match to May and Match to April,the forecast model for returning green stage of Leymus chinensis in Ewenke Autonomous County was established as Y=-2.34×T3-5+123.38,Y=-1.79×T3-4+113.41. The established model would provide theoretical basis for the timely and accurate forecast of returning green stage of natural pasture forage.
