  • The effects of sowing on the growth and yield of different hybrids of spring maize

    Suitable Sowing is an important factor to play corn yield potential.In this study, the production of corn varieties widely planted as test materials under different sowing of maize,the grain dry matter accumulation dynamics and developmental changes dynamically analyzed under different ecological conditions sowing of different varieties the growth characteristics,focusing on the effects of different sowing dates on maize yield potential.The results showed:under different sowing conditions of maize showed a big difference,with the delayed sowing date,all varieties have shown the duration of each growth period and growth period gradually shortened, shortened 6-8 days.From the dynamic analysis of grain filling,the later sowing date and grain moisture milk line height ratio higher grain filling process slows down,filling rate decreased.Sowing has a significant impact on spring corn yield,which affected a large grain weight,grain weight and yield with delayed sowing date significantly different,and ultimately limit increase production.Suitable planting time Tumochuan plains of Inner Mongolia late April,mid-May after severe cuts,is unfit for planting.

    The cultivation of seedling transplantation of sunflower(July 10 to July 18) with film mulching after wheat harvested achieved success in Inner Mongolia Hetao irrigation district in 2014.The study showed that the average yield was 398.5kg/667m^2 for wheat and 220.9kg/667m^2 for sunflower.It has realized double cropping of wheat and sunflowers in the Hetao irrigation area.

    Simulating water stress with PEG-6000,the barley seedlings of "13PJ-118"(drought tolerant) and "13PJ-108"(drought sensitive) were treated with different concentrations of PEG-6000(5%,10%,15%,20%,25%),and the activity of protective enzyme were determinated such as leaf SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity.The results showed that the activity of SOD showed an increasing trend by the incressing of PEG-6000 concentration,but the activity of POD and CAT first increased and then decreased;The SOD activity could be used as the most important physiological index of drought resistance,and the POD activity,the CAT activity may be the major index.

    The mixed major-gene plus polygene inheritance model was used to analyze the inbred line 06410(P1)and 064019(P2)and their F1,F2,B1,B2.The results showed the flowing period was controlled tow major genes with additive-dominanceepistatic effects(E model)in hybrid(064019*06410).The heritability of the major genes in B1,B2 and F2were44.7%,22.5% and87.1% respectively.Main genetic rate low,under the influence of environmental factors larger.

    In order to improve the yield and benefit of dryland maize,aimed at the problems of limited and unevenly distributed rainfall and low yield farmland in the dry-farming areas in Yanshan hilly Inner Mongolia, study on 4 kinds of different film mulching treatment field test analysis of effects of different treatments on the growth and yield of dryland maize.The results showed that the mode of whole plastic-film mulching could advance maturity time 10 -14 day,increase plant height,leaf area index and dry matter accumu-lation,raise seed setting rate and panicle weight, In 2013and2014,the yield increased by 27.15%,51.22% respectively,raise yield and water use efficiency of maize significantly.

    Some fine sugarbeet germplasms have been selected and identified through the appraisal of main agronomic traits and quality analysis from 48 germplasms grown up in North China. These germplasms were on high yield and high sugar comtent as well as disease resistance.5 of them were better than others at seeding stage and lush growing stage of foliage.4germplasms were suitable for mechanization planting.17 germplasms had better resistance to Cercospora.We found 6 materials with high sugar content and 1 material was high yield variety.All this sugarbeet germplasms can be used as crossing parents.

    With exerted different nitrogen larix gmelinii forest humus layer in Great Khingan as the research object, the correlation relations between the quantity of microbial and enzyme activity was analyzed.The results showed that: by inputting NH4 CI, there were very significant positive correlation between the number of bacteria and the invertase activity, the number of actinomyces and urease activity; the number of fungi had significant positive correlation with the activity of urease. With KNO3 applying, there were very significant positive correlation between the quantity of bacteria and catalase activity, and the number of actinomyces and invertase activity. By inputting NH4NO3, the number of fungi showed significantly positive correlation with the quantity of actinomyces; the number of bacteria had significantly positive correlation with the urease activity; the quantity of actinomyces and fungi had very significant positive correlation between catalase activity and invertase activity, respectively.

    In this article,experiments were conducted to explore a new mode for the problems existing of pond aging phenomenon,the frequent occurrence of fish diseases,higher feed costs,poor economic results in the aquaculture.The aquaculture model was used for carp fish polyculture of silver carp and bighead carp,the water exchange between the breeding pool and purifying pond. The results showed that:The experimental pond yield increased more171kg/667m^2 than it of aquaculture pond yield,economic benefit increased by 480 yuan/667m^2.It illustrate the aquaculture model has higher popularization value in Baotou District.

    The low temperature storage is one of the more frequently used in modern storage technology, mainly by controlling the temperature to make food in low temperature condition, and increase the stability of grain, delay grain aging,to keep the food quality and freshness better. Low temperature storage as the world recognized as the most safe, reliable,reasonable, and to meet the requirements of green environmental protection technology, is China's grain storage work with directional one technical measures, the popularization and application of the current green grain storage technology is the preferred method. Based on rice as the research object, under the low temperature and room temperature to the same varieties of paddy fatty acid value, it is concluded that low temperature storage has a certain positive influence on the storage quality,provide reference for safety green grain storage at low temperature.

    In this study, the contrast experiment of combined application of phosphogypsum and humic acid fertilizer in three levels and exclusive application of phosphogypsum and humic acid fertilizer was carried out to evaluate their improvement effect on the salinized-alkalinized cultivated land. The results showed that the effect of combined application of phosphogypsum and humic acid fertilizer was superior to that of exclusive application of phosphogypsum and humic acid fertilizer, and the application of 900 kg/667m^2 of phosphorusgypsum combined with 1 000 kg/667m^2 humic acid was recommended.

    The potato is the largest crop of Ulanqab. The sowing area is stable 270 000hm^2 throughout the year and 90%potatoes are planted in dry land. Potato yield increase is slow because of drought. It influences improvement of potato yield and benefit. The potato film cultivation benefits, problems and other aspects was analyzed in order to find beneficial measures for development of dry farming film potato in Ulanqab.

    Adopted microclimate automatic monitoring equipment to observe of thick wall temperature combined with the data from outdoor weather station temperature observation during this period, temperature change characteristics and temperature change characteristics of continuous cloudy conditions of the autumn, winter and spring seasons sunny,cloudy,overcast weather conditions were analyzed.The results showed that diurnal variation of temperature in different weather conditions of different seasons was basically consistent in the greenhouse, and temperature showed single wave.All the extreme maximum and minimum temperature appear in sunny day.The change of temperature was consistent in and outside the greenhouse in different seasons, and the temperature is much higher in the greenhouse.During the continuous cloudy days,the temperature in the greenhouse gradually decreased, and the temperature difference reduced.

    Through Artificial propagation on the third instar larvae of bluebottle fly,the third instar larvae was placed in isolated net-house with different density.Meanwhile, evaluated the pollination effect and the seed setting rate of onion.The results showed that increasing the screwworm could obviously increase the seed setting rate of onion.

    To improve the income of vegetable producers and understand the influences on vegetable producers because of the rising in the vegetable prices, adopted the anonymous sample to do an investigation, the results are shown as follow. Firstly, most of vegetable growers think that vegetable prices should rise and continue to rise, and the rising in vegetable prices will lead to the increasing incomes. Therefore, some vegetable varieties that their prices are increasing obviously will be enlarged in planting the next year. Next, because of the increasing in logistic costs and production costs, partial vegetable producers get meager profit even though the vegetable prices are increasing. Besides, most of vegetable growers have high expectation on the price tendency and their productive process is short of plan and prospect. Finally, the sown area of a single vegetable is always determined by the market in the last season. Aiming at the influences on the vegetable producers behavior as the rising in the vegetable prices, their thinking model should be transformed, the information platform of rural area should be perfected, and the production base should have more investments.
