摘要: 水产品在我国是一种主要的过敏性食物。综述了引起过敏的主要水产品的致敏机理、水产品中过敏原的种类和特征,并就过敏的诊断方法进行了阐述。

Abstract: Fishery products are an important food allergy in China.The paper introduces allergic mechanism of fishery products,and the categories and characteristics of allergen in fishery products.And the diagnostic methods for allergy in fishery products were also reviewed.
