Abstract: Emulsion vaccine against Newcastle disease(ND),infectious bronchitis(IB),egg-drop syndrome(EDS) and avian encephalomyelitis(AE) was prepared in laboratory in Institute of Animal Husbandry and veterinary Medicine of Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences.SPF chickens were immunized through injection in chest muscle or leg muscle or through subcutaneous injection in neck back.Blood samples were collected, and the HI titers of ND,IB and EDS were determined. The chickens were challenged with AEV VR strain, and protective efficiency against AE was detected. The results showed that good immune efficiency was achieved whatever immunization rout was used.
