Abstract: By analyzing the present employment market situation for normal college graduates and the problems of the student＇s practical ability which exists in employment, some measures were proposed. The measures including the adjustment of professional settings, optimizing curriculum structure in normal major, enhancement association with middle school to change the weak status of education practice, improvement educational theory level and teaching skills for teachers, reform professional course and so on, These teaching measures could enhance the practice ability for normal students so as to improve employment competitiveness for normal students.
