阴山北麓雨养条件下春小麦品种产量和品质特性分析

Comparative analysis of yield and quality characteristics of different spring wheat varieties under the rain-fed conditions in the north foot of Yinshan mountain

摘要: 以内蒙古、黑龙江、甘肃等地生产中大面积种植的春小麦品种为试验材料,研究阴山北麓雨养条件下不同春小麦品种的农艺性状、籽粒产量、产量构成因素及籽粒品质特性。结果表明:从籽粒产量来看,拉1553和太空格来尼的产量最高。进一步分析,亩穗数的贡献率最大,为1.030,其次是穗粒数,贡献率为0.440,最小的是千粒重,贡献率为0.360。从籽粒品质来看,农麦2号和农麦4号蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量均显著高于其他品种。相关性分析表明:籽粒产量与蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量呈极显著负相关关系。在阴山北麓雨养条件下,拉1553和太空格来尼具有高产潜力,而农麦2号和农麦4号具有稳定的强筋品质。该区高产强筋小麦的选育和配套栽培措施的制定应注意协调籽粒产量与蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量等品质性状的关系,同时稳定穗粒数,提高千粒重,充分发挥品种的产量、品质特性。

Abstract: Using some spring wheat varieties from Inner Mongolia,Heilongjiang,and Gansu as experimental materials,we study the agronomic traits,grain yield,yield components and grain quality characteristics of different spring wheat varieties under the rain-fed conditions in the north foot of Yinshan mountain.The results showed that in terms of grain yield,the yield of L1553 and TKGLN varieties were the highest.On further analysis,the contribution rate of spike number per acre was the largest at 1.030,followed by the number of grains per spike with a contribution rate of 0.440,and the smallest was 1000-grain weight with a contribution rate of 0.360.From the characteristics of grain quality,the grain protein content and wet gluten content of varieties NM2 and NM4 were significantly higher than those of other cultivars.The correlation analysis showed that the grain yield was significantly negatively correlated with protein content and wet gluten content.To sum up,under the rain-fed conditions in the north foot of Yinshan mountain,there is a high yield potential in the varieties of L1553 and TKGLN,while the NM2 and NM4 varieties have stable and strong gluten quality.The area of high yield and strong gluten wheat breeding and cultivation measures should be paid more attention to in the coordination of relations between yield and quality traits,such as protein content and wet gluten content.More attention should also be paid to improving both the number of panicles and the 1000-grain weight at the same time,in order to give full play to the production and quality characteristics of spring wheat varieties.
