鸽源酵母样真菌分离鉴定、耐药性和致病性分析

Isolation, Identification, Drug Resistance, and Pathogenicity Analysis of Yeast-like Fungi Isolated from Pigeons

摘要: [目的] 了解鸽源酵母样真菌的种类组成、耐药性及其对小鼠的致病性。[方法] 从肉鸽嗉囊样本中分离纯化酵母样真菌,通过菌落形态学观察和ITS序列分析对分离菌株进行种属鉴定,并对分离菌株开展耐药性和致病性分析。[结果] 从30份样本中共分离获得28株酵母样真菌,隶属于7个属7个种,包括白色念珠菌(念珠菌属)14株、酿酒酵母(酵母属)4株、阿萨希毛孢子菌(毛孢子菌属)3株、链状念珠菌(Diutina属)3株、皮肤皮状新丝孢酵母(Cutaneotrichosporon属)2株、汉逊德巴利酵母(德巴利酵母属)1株和异常威克汉姆酵母(威克汉姆酵母属)1株。7种酵母样真菌均对制霉菌素、克霉唑敏感,而对其他抗真菌药呈现不同程度的耐药。白色念珠菌对小鼠具有较强致病性,阿萨希毛孢子菌对小鼠具有一定致病性,其余酵母样真菌对小鼠表现出条件致病性。[结论] 鸽源酵母样真菌主要以白色念珠菌为优势菌株,其致病性较强,对肉鸽养殖业具有较大潜在危害,鸽场应加强对白色念珠菌的防控。

Abstract: [Objective] To understand the species composition, drug resistance and pathogenicity to mice of yeast-like fungi isolated from pigeons. [Methods] Yeast-like fungi were isolated and purified from the crop samples of meat pigeons. The isolated strains were identified to the genus and species levels by colony morphology observation and ITS sequence analysis, and the drug resistance and pathogenicity of the isolated strains were analyzed. [Results] A total of 28 yeast-like fungi were isolated from 30 samples, belonging to 7 genera and 7 species, including 14 strains of Candida albicansCandida), 4 strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiaeSaccharomyces), 3 strains of Trichosporon asahiiTrichosporon), 3 strains of Diutina catenulataDiutina), 2 strains of Cutaneotrichosporon cutaneumCutaneotrichosporon), 1 strain of Debaryomyces hanseniiDebaryomyces), and 1 strain of Wickerhamomyces anomalusWickerhamomyces). All the 7 yeast-like fungi were susceptible to nystatin and clotrimazole, but resistant to other antifungal drugs to varying degrees. C. albicans showed strong pathogenicity to mice, T. asahii exhibited moderate pathogenicity to mice, and the remaining yeast-like fungi displayed opportunistic pathogenicity to mice. [Conclusion] C. albicans is the predominant yeast-like fungal species isolated from pigeons, which exhibits strong pathogenicity, posing a considerable potential threat to the meat pigeon industry. Therefore, prevention and control measures against C. albicans should be strengthened in pigeon farms.
