Abstract: Three groups of mice were given with swainsonine (SW), thermopsine (Ts) and their mixtures by gavage, respectively Four mice from each group were randomly chosen to take the anticoagulant blood of the eyes after 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 days respectively. The peripheral blood T cell subsets CD4+ and CD8+ were assayed by flow cytometry, and the ratio of CD4+ to CD8+ wa calculated. The results showed that the low dose of SW could play a significant role in enhancing immunity of mice, while th, medium and high concentration SW played an active role in short time, but decreased immunity along with the extension of time the low concentration of Ts didn't work on immunity in mice, while the medium and high concentration of Ts could reduc, immunity; the low concentration of mixtures had little effect on the immunity of mice, while the high concentration of mixture could still decrease immunity significantly.
