腐殖酸水溶肥对蒙古黄芪根系生长及产量质量的影响

Effects of humic acid water soluble fertilizer on root growth and yield quality in Astragalus membranaceus var. mongholicus

摘要: 以蒙古黄芪为试验材料,设置腐殖酸水溶肥和蒙古黄芪高、中、低3个密度处理,探究不同密度下腐殖酸对蒙古黄芪根系生长和产量、质量的调控效应。结果表明:随着密度的增加,蒙古黄芪叶片的叶绿素相对含量减少且降低的幅度变大,叶片水分利用效率降低;根直径减小,根表面积和体积下降;有效成分毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量增加。喷施腐殖酸处理在蒙古黄芪高密度和中等密度下显著提高了叶绿素相对含量、叶片水分利用效率、根表面积和体积,并且增加了产量和有效成分含量。腐殖酸处理后中等密度和高密度较对照分别增产8.6%,7.1%,毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量较对照分别增加0.016,0.013百分点。

Abstract: To explore the effects of humic acid on root growth and yield quality of Astragalus membranaceus var. mongholicus under different densities,we set humic acid water soluble fertilizer under high,medium and low planting density treatments.The results showed that as the density increased,the relative content of chlorophyll in the leaves was reduced and the decreased range was increased,leaf water use efficiency,root diameter,root surface area and volume decreased,but the effective components of calycosin content increased.Humic acid treatment significantly increased the relative chlorophyll relative content,leaf water use efficiency,root surface area and volume,yield and effective components at high and medium densities.Compared with the control,the yields increased by 8.6% and 7.1%,respectively,and the contents of Calycosin increased by 0.016 and 0.013 percentage points respectively in the medium and high densities after humic acid treatment.
