马铃薯品种陇薯5号茎段再生体系的建立

Establishment of Regeneration System for Potato Variety Longshu No.5

摘要: 以马铃薯品种陇薯5号为试材,进行了茎段的离体再生研究.结果表明,茎段愈伤组织最佳诱导培养基为MS+2,4-D丁酯1.0mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L,诱导率达67.5%.茎段愈伤诱导不定芽分化的最佳培养基为MS+NAA0.5mg/L+KT2.0mg/L+GA30.5mg/L,不定芽诱导率为66.0%.诱导试管苗生根的最佳培养基为MS+IBA0.5mg/L,生根率为100%.

Abstract: The regeneration system of potato variety Longshu No.5 was studied with stems as explants. The results showed that the optimal medium for callus induction from stem was MS+2,4-D1.0mg/L+NAA1.0mg/L respectively, the callus induction rates reached to 67.5% .The optimal medium for adventitious bud differentiation from stem segment-derived calluses was MS + NAA0.5mg/L+KT2.0mg/L+GA30.Smg/L respectively, The adventitious bud differentiation rate reached to 66% .The optimal medium for rooting induction from tube plantlets was MS+IBA0.5mg/L, and the rooting rate was 100%.
