摘要: 组培条件下试管薯生产是解决马铃薯退化的最有效措施之一,其对加快发展马铃薯脱毒种薯的规模化生产及推广均具有非常重要的意义。研究从温度,光照,培养基以及外源激素等方面对马铃薯组培苗在试管内结薯的调控研究进展进行了归纳总结,提出了马铃薯试管薯生产技术应用的现实意义,以及下一步针对马铃薯试管薯生产研究的主要方向。

Abstract: In vitro potato production is one of the most effec tive measures to solve the degradation of potato. It is of great significance to accelerate the development and promotion of potato virus free seed potato. In this paper, the effects of temperature, light, culture medium and exogenous hormones on the control of potato tissue culture seedlings in vitro were summarized, The practical significance of the application of potato tube potato production technology was put forward, and the main direction of the next step in the research of potato production.
