叶面喷施氧化型谷胱甘肽对马铃薯干物质积累及产量的影响

Effects of foliar spraying oxidized glutathione on dry matter accumulation and yield of potato

摘要: 【目的】 探索叶面喷施氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)在马铃薯生产中的应用效果。【方法】 设置0、450、900、1 350和1 800 g/hm2氧化型谷胱甘肽,在马铃薯出苗后20 d进行叶面喷施,通过测定叶面积指数、SPAD值、干物质积累量、产量、块茎淀粉和块茎还原糖含量等指标,明确GSSG对马铃薯产量和品质的影响。【结果】 GSSG可以促进马铃薯叶面积指数、SPAD值、干物质积累量的增加,增加马铃薯产量,提高块茎淀粉含量、降低块茎还原糖含量,研究确定GSSG的最佳推荐施用量为 442.50 g/hm2。【结论】 叶面喷施氧化型谷胱甘肽可以提高马铃薯的产量,改善块茎营养品质,在马铃薯生产中具有一定的应用价值。

Abstract: 【Objective】 To explore the application effect of oxidized glutathione(GSSG)by foliar praying in potato production.【Methods】 In this study,0,450,900,1 350 and 1 800 g/hm2 concentrations of GSSG were set and sprayed at the 20th days after emergency.Then,leaf area index,SPAD value,dry matter accumulation,yield,starch content and reduced sugar content in tuber were determined to clarify the impact of GSSG on potato yield and quality.【Results】 GSSG could promote the increase of potato leaf area index,SPAD value,dry matter accumulation,and potato yield and starch content were increased,but reduced sugar content in tuber was decreased.The suitable application rate of GSSG was 442.50 g/hm2 in potato.【Conclusion】 Foliar spraying oxidized glutathione could increase potato yield and improve the nutritional quality of tuber,which has certain application value in potato production.
