Abstract: Based on the authors′ teaching practice,the teaching of Biostatistics and Experimental Design was expounded from the following aspects： basic concepts and thoughts of statistics,grasping the main line of hypothetical test,specifying the using conditions for the analytical methods and the teaching practice of SPSS,with emphasis on application of readily understood case teaching and analysis on common errors.This study may be helpful for providing references for improving the teaching effect of related specialized courses in major of animal science and veterinary medicine in agricultural colleges and universities.
