Abstract: Food material is closely associated with natural resources,environment and human health.However,in the construction of the course ＂Food materials＂,attention should also be paid to the utilization of internet resources and full use of advanced multi-media teaching means,besides strengthening faculty construction.Meanwhile,it needs increase more site on production and circulation of raw materials for students to visit,and students＇ extra-curricular learning also should be advocate to enhance the teaching quality of the course.
