Abstract: Teaching methods of microbiology were well studied, The practices showed that students＇ interests and enthusiasm can be stimulated effectively by using textbooks rationally, arranging teaching contents scientifically and reforming traditional teaching patterns in teaching course of theory courses and by teaching contents related to teachers＇ own scientific researches and development trend of microbiology. It is the key for improving teaching quality to arrange experimental contents rationally, improve all experimental details and pay attention to improvement of their experimental skills and ability.
