Abstract: According to the characteristics of cell engineering course,the reformation of cell engineering course was explored from the aspects of teaching content and teaching methods in order to enhance the teaching quality and effects.It was emphasized that the practice teaching should be strengthened and the cultivation of students’ ability should reinforced,so as to culture the scientific research ability and innovation ability of students.The reform of the teaching content and teaching methods,strengthening the practice teaching and reinforcing the cultivation of abilities of cell engineering course were expounded.
