Abstract: Cellular and Immunology Experiment is an important part of the biological experiment teaching system. With the improved requirement of talents training objectives in colleges and universities on the undergraduates′ practical ability and innovative thinking, the content and teaching methods of this course in biological specialty of universities are expected to change accordingly. It is of great significance to discuss the teaching reform of Cellular and Immunology Experiment for enhancing the overall teaching quality of biology experiment under the new situation. We discuss the effective ways to improve the teaching quality of Cellular and Immunology Experiment on the aspect of teaching content reform, teaching methods improvement and experiment examination strengthening, so as to providing guarantee for culturing the high level talents in agricultural biological sciences with good basic quality and strong comprehensive ability.
