Abstract: With reduction of teaching time and more requirements of specialized course from students, poultry science is facing curricular reformation. Good teaching achievements of the Poultry Science were introduced. On this basis, curricular reformation of the Poultry Science should be performed by strengthening construction of teacher resources, improving teaching methods, and reinforcing teaching practice, assessment criteria and construction of practice base in order to make use of teaching resources in and out class, to enhance learning initiative of students and to improve learning effect.
