Abstract: Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology is located in the advantaged area of Inner Mongolia dairy industry. In order to improve the teaching level and the students＇ skills of dairy technology experiment, consolidate the students＇ elementary theory knowledge and meet the technical requirements of dairy enterprise, teaching concept and methods of dairy technology experiment were reformed. As a result, the students＇ learning interest and team cooperation spirit were enhanced, and the teaching effect is in line with the school positioning of personnel training-serving for local economic construction.
