Abstract: In order to cultivate senior application-oriented biotechnology talents, the professional curriculum system construction and teaching reform were explored. Improvement measures were proposed from the aspects of curriculum system construction, practical teaching tache, teaching staff construction, so as to make the curriculum system construction,arrangement of teaching content and class period more scientifically and reasonably. And the learning enthusiasm and initiative of students were fully mobilized, so as to improve the teaching effect and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
