Abstract: During the implementation process of college students＇ innovative projects, there are some problems in the implementation time, the participant students and the overall quality of students. In order to solve these problems, the corresponding solutions were to adjust the implementation time according to the local conditions, make the college students＇ innovative projects become the conscious and general behaviors of all students and improve the overall quality of students.
