Abstract: According to some own characteristics of minority college students, combining with practice of students, training ways and methods which were suitable for minority college students were discussed from some aspects of the setting course, student status management, teaching reform of ＂Two Courses＂ and undergraduate administration so as to promote the culture of high-quality talents of frontier universities.
