Application of Case Teaching and Project Tasks in the Teaching Reform of Human Anatomy and Physiology Course

Abstract: It was introduced that College of Life Science in Nantong University attaches importance to all-round development of students, the improvement of their comprehensive and the cultivation of students′innovative spirit and innovative abilities with the teaching idea of human-oriented. The teaching reform of Human Anatomy and Physiology course was people-oriented. Scientific learning methods were built by applying case teaching and project tasks and the teaching ideas were continuously created. The individualized teaching was promoted and students were advocated for positive thinking. The subjectivity of students must be taken as the dominant, independent learning should be combined with cooperative learning with other students. The teaching of problem awareness should be developed and deep learning of students should be inspired. The critical-thinking reading should be implemented and deep-learning skills should be grasped. The research aimed to deepen the reform of teaching contents and course system and promote the teaching method reform of courses with research teaching and independent learning as main contents.
