Abstract: The professional courses are important studying contents for college students. The level of students＇ mastery of professional curriculum knowledge and skill directly affects their employment ability. The necessity and significance of teaching methods reform of curriculums of animal sciences major were analyzed in this paper. Furthermore, the main measures taken in the teaching mode of ＇subject switch＇ of Poultry Prodtu：tion Sciences were put forward, and the effect of the teaching mode was analyzed and prospected, so as to improve the teaching efficiency of curriculums and the training quality of college students of animal sciences major.
