Abstract: To meet the requirement of third-party detection institution on the ability and quality of detection stuffs,we introduced the content regarding detection basic knowledge and laboratory management system in the course of Food Testing New Technology Progress. In the process of curriculum system construction,we introduced a specific test data batch for quality control,so that the students were in the simulation of the actual working situation,mastered the basic knowledge,understood the laboratory management system,and we gained a good teaching effect.
