Abstract: Apicultural Science is a traditional and foundational course of College of Animal Science and Technology in Anhui Agricultural University. Although the content of this course is updated constantly, the experimental content is gradually compressed. In view of the isolation and incompleteness of the traditional experimental teaching, we conduct a preliminary reform on teaching method of Apicultural Science experiment according to the biological characteristics of honey bees. The main reforming contents are as following： optimization of experimental contents, innovation of experimental teaching method, introduction of scientific research to teaching process.
