Abstract: With the gradual popularization of the network information technology, the computer assisted instruction （CAI）, the representative of the modern teaching methods, has been gradually introduced into the classroom teaching and widely used in theoretical and experimental teaching of various disciplines. Based on the characteristics of Animal Physiology teaching, this paper expounds the application of computer assisted instruction in the theoretical and experimental teaching of this course and presents its future development trend.
