Abstract: ＂Modern apprenticeship＂ is a new type of practical talents training mode aiming to cultivate the undergraduates, practical skills by strengthening the contact of colleges and enterprises, which has realistic guiding significance to solve the problem of ＂employment difficulty＂ for undergraduates and ＂hiring difficulty＂ for enterprise. Combining with the natural characteristics of talents training in higher education, we reference the accumulated experience in implementation of ＂modern apprenticeship＂ in higher vocational colleges to explore and develop a novel ＂modern apprenticeship＂ for training of undergraduate talents , practical ability.
