Application of Task-driving Teaching Method in the Teaching of Animal-derived Food Hygiene

Abstract: Task-driving teaching method could not only raise the self-study ability, operating ability and the ability of analyzing and solving the problems of students, but it could also blaze the learning interest of students and enhance the cooperation skills of students. According to the existing problems in the teaching of animal-derived food hygiene,the application of task-driving teaching method in the teaching of animal-derived food hygiene was discussed,so as to provide references for improving the teaching quality and deepening educational and teaching reform.
