Abstract: Innovation and practice ability training is not only necessary for the construction of innovative society, but also an important part of higher education reform. At present there is still room for the improvement of the innovation and practice ability training mode in domestic college students, and there is still a certain gap with that of developed countries. Referring the advanced mode, methods and experience of the innovation and practice ability training of college students in other countries and combining the experience obtained from our routine teaching work of innovation and practice, a set of feasible talent training mode were put forward in this study with the goal to cultivate the innovation and practice ability of college students. The viewpoints rendered by this paper may provide reference for the quality improvement of practical talents training.
