Abstract: The post practice in application-oriented university under "3 +1" talents cultivation mode is considered as quasi- employment and is an important measure for the transformational development of the application -oriented university. Nevertheless, it is difficult for the undergraduates to utilize their knowledge learned in university appropriately to the different posts. Accordingly, there is an inevitable gap between the learned knowledge and practical application. Furthermore, the unhealthy emotion that there's no scope for their knowledge and abilities is formed.
